Continental Heavy-Duty Sheet & Roll Splitter
Model HRS-56, Splitting width 56"
Model HRD-68, Splitting width 68"
Equal to the F&K -- K11 in its heavy-duty construction, as
well as the types of materials it will split. These machines offer
a variable speed feed drive (14/ft. to 60/ft. per minute), and
heavy-duty back up rolls to prevent roll deflection of top roll.
This allows you to hold closer tolerances on split sheets. Extra
heavy-duty blade grinding system. Both upper and lower feed rolls
are electronically adjusted. Will split open-cell, closed-cell,
felt-crosslinked, non-crosslinked, plastic polyurethane foam,
cork and rubber and many other materials. Full test laboratory
and demo machines are available for test splitting. Training courses
are also available. Machine comes unitized and mounted on a one-piece
full steel plate ¾" thick for ease of moving and for mounting
attachments. Spare parts are in stock and reasonably priced. Ask
