Monmouth Rubber & Plastics' goal is to see to it everything
happens in a manner which is focused on responding to customer
needs.
To focus effectively on customer needs requires highly trained
and motivated people. Our people training consists of Three Key

We invest a considerable amount of money and time in helping our
people realize their full potential for the tasks at hand. The 1,
2, 3 approach covers the basic underlying qualities that allow people
to perform effectively.

someone sells something . . . then everything happens!
Dial Durafoam™ Direct
The backbone of our Sales and Marketing Program is the relationship
that we have developed over the years with select fabricators
and distributors. Monmouth Rubber & Plastics' has a 30 year
history of working with and protecting those customers with whom
it has a business relationship. The cornerstone to our low cost
overhead approach is selling through distributors and fabricators
in appropriate industries. Consistent with this approach, Monmouth
Rubber & Plastics is committed to investing a significant
amount of time and money in creating a demand pull for its products.
This program is titled "Dial Durafoam™ Direct".
This program is designed to introduce Durafoam™ to the end user,
provide technical assistance free of charge direct
from the factory, and then turn over the fabrication and sale
of the product to the appropriate fabricators and distributors
for the industry at hand. An example of this program is the following
ad which appears in Thomas Register which tells the Dial Durafoam™
Direct Story.
Significant quantities of qualified leads are generated from our
printed advertising, direct mailings, and other marketing efforts.
These leads are a valuable asset to the fabricators and distributors
with whom we have a working relationship.
P.O.P.
P.O.P. is an effective sales and marketing program that we have
used for many years. As with many of our other programs, it is
simple, straight forward, and carries a 1, 2, 3, component approach.
